Companies off the market: no information obligation

These are information obligations that must be fulfilled on an annual basis predetermined starting from the end of the reference annual financial year (for the Annual Financial Report and the Corporate Governance Report) o from the end of the first half of the financial year (for the Financial Report semi-annually) and ends at the end of a certain period of time.
